Nominating Peers for Review

Peer nominations on Mesh allows managers/admins to nominate peers to review their direct reports. Apart from their own reviews for their direct reports, peer reviews help give a more rounded picture of employees’ cross-functional performance. 

The process is very easy and straightforward and can be found under the same “Reviews” module. Once you’re asked to take part in a review cycle and have been given the privilege to nominate, the said review will appear in the “Pending reviews” section with a “Nominate” button on the right. 

Clicking on it will open a right-sided panel that details the total number of peers that are supposed to be nominated along with the different departments from where they are to be picked.
