Conducting Goal Check-ins on Mesh

Goal check-ins via Goals Tab makes it easy for the managers to have a team-wide view of all the goals as well as a cumulative view of everything that a particular direct report is working on. On top of that, managers can even sort through all the goals on the basis of filters such as,

• Ongoing
• Delayed
• Completed
• Unplanned 

Below this, you’ll find cards dedicated to every single team member listing down all of their deliverables which again can be sorted on the basis of aforementioned filters, as shown below.

Apart from the card view, you can also check the progress via list view and tree view with managers having the option to add to a team member’s goals and initiatives from any of the views. Here's a detailed write-up on the 3 views of goal management.
