Checking Employee Performance via Review Ratings

As a manager, once everyone on your team is done with their respective reviews, the ideal next step for you is to take a look at their performance and ratings assigned.

The Completed Reviews section can be found inside the reviews module, at the very bottom.

Click on View Result to to check the aggregate rating, spider chart depicting strengths and weaknesses and a detailed overview of responses given to individual questions, across goals, competencies and direct questions. 

The formulation of these final ratings takes into account everyone else’s responses for the particular employee.
