Creating Cohorts via Insights

Cohorts act as the foundational block upon which you can layer your employee performance analysis to get insights on how particular groups of people are performing. And you have at your disposal, filters across 10+ parameters to look at any sub-function the way you wish to when grouping employees.

The best part is, as a leader, you can also create private cohorts that only you can access to evaluate any part of your entire organization. You can create cohorts from any of the modules but only from inside the “Insights” section. Below is how you can go about creating cohorts.
