1:1 Templates

The 1:1 templates page on Mesh is the centralized location for all the templates that you will create and use in your 1:1 conversations. These templates can be used over and over again in multiple 1:1 conversations.

You can locate the 1:1 Templates by going to Me >> Settings >> 1:1 >> Templates

To create a new template, 

Step 1: Click on the blue “Create New Template” tab on the top right corner of the section. 

Step 2: Once inside, specify a template name and hit “Add Question” to bring up a right-sided window having a collection of all your questions from the question bank. Here you can not only search for questions via the search box but also via the Question Type dropdown. 

Step 3: Add questions by clicking on the “+” icon. You also have the option to create new questions right from here.

Once you’ve added all your required questions, you’ll be redirected to the template screen where all your questions will be listed along with options for changing the chronology of the questions, making particular question(s) optional and even deleting the already added questions, if need be.
