The 1:1 Analytics section isn’t very much different from that of Goals. Once you’re done picking (or building a new) cohort, the kind of data that will appear here will be dictated by what you choose as your grouping criterion.

Group by Manager
By selecting this, the section on the left outlines the number of managers who have completed X% of 1:1s out of a total of 100%.

Whereas the right section outlines the managers with the most/ least 1:1s every x number of days.

Next, the panel right below the two sections lists all the managers and their respective data pointers, such as,
- 1:1 Rating - Average of ratings given by reportees
- Reportee Mood - Mood of the manager as marked by the reportees
- Reportees - Number of reportees to each manager
- Completion % - Percentage of 1:1s done
- Action items - Average action items per reportee
- Meeting Notes - Average number of meeting notes per reportee
You can also click on any of the names and get redirected to view their reportee’s individual ratings.

Group by Individual
By selecting this, the section on the left outlines the number of employees who have completed X% of 1:1s out of a total of 100%.

Whereas the right section outlines the employees with the most/ least 1:1s every x number of days.

In the case of individuals, the panel below lists the reportees and all the previously stated data pointers except reportees. . These are,
- 1:1 Rating - As rated by respective manager
- Reportee Mood - Average reportee mood
- Completion % - Percentage of 1:1s done
- Action items - Average action items per reportee
- Meeting Notes - Average number of meeting notes per reportee
As with all the other sections, you can download the CSV file of all the participants of 1:1 meetings as well.
