On your Mesh dashboard, Question Library acts as the centralized location for all your review cycle questions. These are easily available to be used and reused in your review cycles, the results from which can then be mapped out under the Analytics section of reviews.
You can locate the Question Bank by going to Me > Settings > Reviews > Question Library

Once here, you’ll see the screen divided into,
- Your Questions - Ones that you create
- Sample - Ones that are pre-built on Mesh
- Archived - Ones that you wish to archive for later use out of the questions you have created
Here, you can also search through all the questions by typing in the question name in the search box, via the answer type or the question type dropdown.
To create your first question, click on the blue “Create Question” tab on the top right corner of the section. This will open a window from the right-hand side of the screen. In here, type your question, choose the question type from the dropdown (this will consist of a list of all the objectives), choose the answer type - type of responses you wish to garner from the participants and finally, select the corresponding range/ max value from a third dropdown.
There are 4 answer types that you can use for the questions.
- Score
In the star rating answer type, participants are expected to give their preferred star rating in response to the question asked. The options can rage from 3-star to 10-star.
- Scale
In the numerical scale answer type, participants are expected to give their preferred number rating in response to the question asked. The options can rage from 2-scale to 10-scale.
- Options
Options answer type is best suited for closed-ended questions. Here you’ll be required to add answer options (as many as you wish) with the additional scope of adding Score (weightage) to each option. Apart from that, options answer type also offers provision to add comments as well as select multiple options. You can even define a range for the number of multiple options participants can select. - Text
Text answer type is best suited for open-ended questions. No adjustment is needed for this type except a blank text box where participants are expected to fill in their responses.
Once done, click on save at the bottom and your question will be created.
