Develop Insights - Overview

Develop Insights is the analysis wing of the Develop module. This is the place from where both managers and admins can understand how specific functions, teams as well as individuals are building up on the company's core competencies and progressing on their desired roles.

Now, there are four distinct views available under the Develop Insights,

• Group by Competencies - when you want to look at the progress of individual competencies.
• Group by Function - when you want to look at the progress each function has been making on their competencies.
• Group by Organization tree - when you want to look at the progress each employee has been making on their competencies.
• Group by Role - when you want to look at the overall progress people working towards specific roles are making as per their competencies.

While admins can access all the four views, accessibility for team managers will be limited to only those teams and roles that are relevant to their function.
