The "Grouping by Organization Tree" view will help admins and people managers get a deeper understanding of how all the internal teams and employees are progressing on all the competencies they're working on.
Explanation for most of the data presented here is already covered in Group by Competencies - Develop Insights. Talking about the remaining two,
The column lists down all the people managers in the company who have a team of at least one direct report. The teams can then be further broken down into sub-teams as well as individual team members. This helps in highlighting the break-down of every individual's respective progress as well as their contribution towards their team's overall progress.
Target Role Distribution
This illustrates the categorization of the number of team members who are,
- Not working on their career progression
- Working towards a new role
- Working on their current role
This will help admins and managers with quick overview of what every team and the team members are working on, with regards to their career advancement. This can then be married to the data on progression, initiatives and feedback to form a coherent picture of the kind of progress everyone is making and take action wherever teams or team members are finding it difficult to work their way up.
