Develop Insights - Group by Role

The "Grouping by Role" view will help admins get a role-wise understanding of the progression, basis the performance of everyone working on a certain role. 

Given that there could be multiple people working on the same role (either for promotion or getting better at it), the Role column will also show how many members are working on a given role.
