The calibration settings section on Mesh helps admins completely configure how they wish to run calibrations for their review cycles as well as on what parameters. These settings will decide how you wish to view the final review outcomes for your employees. You can find this under Me >> Settings >> Reviews.
Let's look at the different moving parts of the calibration settings.
Review Cycle Start Date
Admins can use this button to mark the precise start date for their upcoming review cycles. Clicking on the button will result in a calendar pop-up from which a date can be selected.
Score
Review scoring on Mesh is of two types,
- Options
- Numeric
In the case of options, admins ought to specify the score ranges and then specify a description for that range. The way this works is whenever an employee's final score falls in the said range, they will only see the description and not the range. For example, if an employee's final review ratings comes out to be 4, they'll fall under the 0 - 5 range but will only see the "Excellent" rating they've received.
Numeric, on the other hand, means that employees will see the precise final score they have received out of the maximum that can be attributed to anyone.
Performance Graph
The best thing about the performance graph on Mesh is that you can edit and customize every bit of it.
This includes,
- Picking the right graph size from multiple options of 1x3, 2x3, 3x3 and 4x4.
- Editing the value of the two axes by simply clicking on the respective pen symbol and inputting the desired values.
- Editing the description of the boxes again by simply clicking on them and updating their respective naming as well as the box colour.
Once you're done with all the changes, hit on the save button at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.
