Logging into Mesh

Once the initial setup is done, the login flow is a simple 2-step process. All you need to have is a valid business email address of your organization and that’s about it. 

Let’s look at the steps required for logging into Mesh.

Step 1: Open the app.mesh.ai link on your browser. Here you need to enter your company email address and then press “Continue”. Mesh uses your organization name from your email to identify the right account to sign you in. 

Step 2: If the email is correct and you have SSO enabled in your account, you’ll straightaway be taken to your Mesh account. However, if SSO isn’t enabled then you’ll see your email pre-filled here and you’ll be required to enter your password (if you haven't saved it). Once that’s done, hit “continue” to login. Alternatively, you can also simply click on the “Continue with Google” button at the bottom and select your business email address to login.

Also, at any point in time, you can now check the status of Mesh dashboard and its services by clicking on the Mesh status page. 

Additionally, any scheduled maintenance notifications will also find its place here under the maintenance tab, so do keep an eye out.
